The Happiness Practice Course

As humans, we all deserve to have the best quality of life we can. The Happiness Practice helps us to unearth the happiness that is innately inside of us from birth, we often lose sight of this happiness as we find ourselves on autopilot going through our days filled with busyness which can often lead to stress. This practice helps you regain your happiness.

What does The Happiness Practice consist of?

  • A 6-month behavioral health journey.

  • As a participant, you are grouped into a cohort of 10-12 people who become students and teachers of each other in this life-transforming practice.

  • Bi-weekly 45-minute on-line or in-person Learning Sessions (6 in total)

  • [how often and how long] Happiness Huddles (6 in total)

  • 500 minutes of in-class time

  • You are measured by The Return On Happiness™ (ROH) measurement system to assess pre, mid and post impact of The Happiness Practice on the signs & symptoms of burnout & happiness and it’s by-products - innovation, resiliency and sustainably.
